How to request removal of your data from our systems | Версия на русском
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Zhito Systems at any time. This page explains how to submit a data deletion request and what to expect.
Option 1: Email Request (Recommended)
Send a data deletion request to our support team:
Email: support@zhito-systems.work
Subject line: Data Deletion Request
Required Information
To process your request, please include the following in your email:
- Facebook Page ID or Instagram Professional Account ID (or username)
- Email address associated with your account (if known)
- Confirmation that you are the owner or authorized administrator of the account
How to find your Page ID: Go to your Facebook Page → About → scroll down to see Page ID. For Instagram, use the username of your Professional Account.

Hello,
I request deletion of all data associated with my account:
• Facebook Page ID: [YOUR_PAGE_ID] or Instagram: @[YOUR_USERNAME]
• Email: [YOUR_EMAIL]
I confirm that I am the owner/administrator of this account.
Thank you.
Option 2: Revoke Access via Facebook
You can also revoke our application's access directly through Facebook, which will trigger data deletion:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
- Find Zhito Systems in the list of active apps
- Click Remove to revoke access
- Your data will be queued for deletion automatically

What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will delete:
- All stored messages and conversation history associated with your account
- Account metadata (Page ID, profile information)
- Access tokens and authentication data
- Webhook subscription data
- Any automated response rules you configured
- Activity logs related to your account
Processing Timeline

In most cases, deletion is completed within 7–14 business days. Complex cases may take up to 30 days.
Data Retention Exceptions
Certain data may be retained after deletion request in limited circumstances:
- Legal obligations: Data required to be retained by law (e.g., tax records, legal disputes)
- Aggregated/anonymized data: Statistical data that cannot identify you
- Backup retention: Encrypted backups may retain data for up to 90 days before being overwritten
We will inform you if any exceptions apply to your request.
Verification Process
To protect your data from unauthorized deletion requests, we may ask you to verify your identity by:
- Responding from the email address associated with your account
- Providing the Page ID or account identifier
- Confirming recent activity or connection date
We will never ask for passwords or sensitive authentication credentials.
After Deletion
Once deletion is complete:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- Your data will no longer be accessible in our systems
- If you reconnect your account in the future, you will start fresh with no historical data

Способ 1: Email-запрос
Отправьте письмо на support@zhito-systems.work с темой "Data Deletion Request". Укажите:
- Facebook Page ID или Instagram username
- Email, связанный с аккаунтом

Способ 2: Отзыв доступа через Facebook
Facebook → Настройки → Безопасность и вход → Приложения и сайты → найдите Zhito Systems → Удалить.
Сроки: Подтверждение — до 3 рабочих дней. Удаление — 7–30 дней.
Что удаляется: Сообщения, история переписки, метаданные аккаунта, токены доступа, настройки автоответов.
